They were wonderful, they kept us informed about when parts were coming in, made sure we understood the process, took time after they put the engine in to show us what they had done, told us to be sure to contact them with any questions or issues, they were very professional.

Sure its true that there are some hiccups here and there and not all locations/ employee's across the board treat you right, but the Maumee, OH location is the hot-spot! The manager who checked me in was extremely friendly when dealing with me and the other customers. Logan the tech who completed the work and reviewed my statement was professional and clear in the review.

"Needed assistance changing tire as it was flat, had to take car somewhere else due to warranty, $35 to change the tire. Seems quite high. Many places would have done without charging anything. I didn't expect free but I didn't expect $35 either."

Came in for front alignment after front lift. Paint marked the alignment tabs. Nothing was adjusted. Did not receive any alignment information before or afterwards. Needed to ask multiple times for alignment numbers. I did not want to argue with the attend
