Mike was totally honest about my brakes, that there was nothing wrong with them! It was a perfect opportunity for them to go ahead and install new brakes or some other service but he was just honest and didn’t charge me to check them. He said if the noise continues I could come in and they could clean and lubricate them and gave me the exact price.
