Best customer service in town...Dennis goes out of his way to keep his customers happy. I will be back for sure because I trust Dennis and his work is good. He even lent me his car for the day so I could go to work. Top notch service right there!

Dennis the Midas Manager was very helpful to me and other customers while I waited for my vehicle to be completed. It was refreshing to see someone so customer oriented.

Went in for an oil change and they offered to do my NYS Inspection right after. I was happy that I wouldn?t have to make an appointment for a later date. They always have great customer service and their work is always done in a timely manner.

Dennis is fantastic! I have been coming to this Midas location for over a decade, with multiple cars. I keep coming back because of the reliable service work and because Dennis makes everything effortless. The entire community is going to miss him when he retires.

Bob at Fairmount Midas inspected our LaSalle today. First, he patiently listened to my concerns and background about the car. He then very tenderly, carefully, and vigilantly inspected the car. About a month ago Durston and Larry at Midas kindly inspected the brakes on this car at the close of the day and did not charge me for their valued and knowledgeable advice! These technicians are a blessing! They don't just care about vehicles with expert service, they care about people!

I come because of Dennis, he is A1 at his job. I hope that the Midas Corporate Office will recognize this as he will be retiring in a month. I know what is like to work for a company that only cares about the money and not the GOOD EMPLOYEES THAT MADE THE COMPANY GROW. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR DENNIS AND HIS FAMILY . Well to start with they have been my Neighbor for over 16 years, Convenient and efficient and reasonably priced, how could I go wrong

My visit was great. I made the appt. on short notice and was still in and out with in an hour. Josh explained everything that I needed to know. Very friendly and professional.

Dennis is a wonderful at customer service and explaining car issues. You can tell he enjoys providing good service to people and is always accommodating. I have been going to his shop for over 10 years, with three cars, and will continue.
