I made an appointment for a Wednesday. The manager called on that day to inform me that thing were running behind and asked if it would be alright to reschedule me for Friday. He said if this doesn't work he would get me in at my scheduled time anyways. I opted for switching to Friday. My vehicle was brought in and done exactly when they said it would be.

This was at least my third time bringing my truck in for service. Friendly staff and price were two of the biggest reasons for each return visit. they have earned my trust to fix what's broken with out pressure to buy other stuff that wasn't needed at this time.
