Excellent service as always!!

I had a sudden issue with my vehicle on a busy holiday weekend Friday afternoon. John from this location welcomed me with professionalism and courtesy. He made time to fit my vehicle in for a fix and had me back on the road by the next morning. Midas Camillus will always be our first choice for vehicle service. We look forward to returning to this location soon (but not TOO soon!) thank you for the continued great service.

The Guys at this Midas Location are friendly and really get to know their regular customers. I bring my mother 2010 Hyundai Elantra here for service because of the service. Manager Dennis and Josh are my go to guys.

I went to Valvoline to get my tires rotated only to find that 2 of my tires were unsafe. My family was set to take a trip to North Carolina from New York the next day and I needed tires desperately. With as busy as John and his shop were that day, he still went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule for the day to get 4 new tires and an alignment completed. This is one reason why I am a returning customer. Great customer service.

I am sad that Dennis has retired. I am, however, extremely happy to see that Fairmount Midas still has an absolutely excellent crew, extremely knowledgeable technicians, and great to deal with. Dustin and the rest of the crew are wonderful. John, the new manager, was not there on this occasion but I have met him before and he is really professional, knowledgeable, and also great to deal with.
