Oil change with coupon. Tech cracked a cover to my oil pan, and forgot to screw the cap on my oil tank. However, those flaws were balanced by the fact that they drove for a replacement, had it installed within 15minutes, and reminded me that I had asked to have my air pressure checked. Mistakes can happen, but it's infrequent these days that personnel will not make excuses, continue to be courteous, and fix the problem immediately.

I was overall happy. Diagnostic was free which was fantastic, but the quoted prices were a bit high. I was able to get the job done for much less myself. They couldn’t diagnose one other problem.
