I was told for three days that the car would be done the same day and it wasn’t. They never even bothered give me a courtesy call to let me know that it wouldn’t be finished after they told me it would be. They even closed on Saturday, ANOTHER day that they told me the car would be done… they knew they would be off work all day on Sunday and didn’t bother to call me on Saturday AGAIN and tell me that it wouldn’t be finished and they would be off. I paid $2700 and some change to get this car fixed and they tried to charge me for the extra parts they got that were faulty. We ended up talking them into not charging us for the extra pieces for the car but they still made us pay the entire $2700 which I feel is ridiculous for the crappy service that I received. I also had to rent a rental car for a week because I wasn’t sure when it would be done due to them telling me it would be done on the same day for three days in a row. What was supposed to be a one day fix ended up taking a total of five days, and they did not compensate me whatsoever for the service I received.

Took my truck to get an alignment for the front end. But the mechanic told me that my gearbox was a little too loose and my idler arm on the passenger side needed to be replaced. They told me that I could come pick up my vehicle and by the time I got there I talk to the person at the front desk and they told me what the issue was face-to-face as well as over the phone. I asked them what the damage was towards my wallet, and they told me it was no cost at all made me very happy to see somebody not able to do the work to be able to diagnose the vehicle for me to get it back up and running the way it should for them to be able to do the work that is needed for the vehicle. Highly satisfied.
