l live in CO and our son attends school at Oberlin College. While his vehicle was parked on campus, his catalytic converter was stolen. l expected the situation to be difficult to organize from so far away. However, Tareva made it a piece of cake!!! She helped organize things between us in CO as well as our son in Oberlin. She also helped us find an anti-theft item to help prevent the cat from being stolen. l have already posted about our satisifaction on the Oberlin Parents FB PAGE.
