I hit a pothole and blew out a front tire on the way to a doctors appointment. Got some air in the tire and limped to their shop down the road. It was an exotic car with tires that are non-stocked and wheels that are too big for most shops equipment. They

Process was quick and efficient. They explained everything very clearly.

Made an appointment several days before for an alignment... sat for 2 hours before being acknowledged... whats the point of a scheduled appointment if walk ins get preference...

The staff was incredibly friendly. Gave me tons of information on my car. Also learned some things about my parts that I didn’t know, but now have knowledge about. Like screws in my dipstick. Lol

Vehicle was taken in for brake repair in a reasonable amount of time and was completed in a couple hours which was not bad for the amount of work that needed done and I was shown all the necessary work to be done before they started and given an estimated

I've only had my vehicle here twice so far. Both times I received awesome service and very positive attitudes. They explain what needs done and don't try to make you replace things that don't need it.. Will definitely continue bringing my vehicle here.

Car was done in a timely, cost of thr service was not posted but it was around what i would normally pay for an inspection.

The Manager and Assistant Manager were very friendly . They showed me the brake pad as well as the rotor . Explained everything prior to doing it. Found my car was down a quart of oil and took care of that as well as rotated my tires as they noted they were in need (I was not having an inspection) I live in Ohio and being able to schedule that urgent appointment on a Saturday…I would come back there when in town in a heartbeat . The Assistant Manager took my car for a test drive afterwards and everything in my car was left exactly as it was . The seat was just where I left it . VERY pleased with my visit . WILL recommend to others. WILL be back . Brian and the Tire guy (I can’t remember his name 😖) Asst. Managers again were awesome
