Because the manager was very accommodating in giving me the information that I was wanting to know. I also liked the fact that they are now able to show you any issues on your car via internet... I also appreciated that I was not pushed into doing anything that I did not want to do at that time. The manager was very nice too !

I came in to have brakes checked. All 4 needed rotors and brake pads. These were taken care of in a few hours and have had no problems since. Excellent service and friendly mechanics were very prompt and efficient.
