I?m a regular customer at MIDAS. Today I wanted to get some information about my Acura and was greeted with managers that I never met before. Cody and Bryan were awesome. Very helpful. I?m so pleased that the mechanic Bryan was still employed there as well

My car was handled with care, pricing was fair, and making an apt was easy online. Employees provided great customer service. Likely to come back and recommend to others.

Quick and friendly

I needed a muffler and tail pipe after being in a minor accident. I scheduled the appointment online and when i arrived I was greeted by a friendly manager. He looked up my appointment and said he would take the car and give me an estimate. He came back quickly and let me know all that needed repaired. I agreed and the master technician worked on my car and had it completely repaired much faster than I expected. Great job!! I was in and out in 1 hour. That is incredible!! My morning wasn't wasted sitting in a repair shop. I appreciate the quality and car taken to make repairs to my car. I'll be returning when I need future repairs. Thank you!!!

I have been going to midas on cincnnati-dayton road for about 3 years now and have had great service. The only negative I can say is your prices are a little higher on some of your services but you do good work

I was able to schedule the appointment on line and then I went in and they had it fixed before the appointment window even started.
