Timely service and friendly staff

This MIDAS compared to others I had been too was very efficient and timely to getting the work done.I felt the pricing on the wheel bearing was a little high after comparing to prices on line. Which makes me question all the other prices.

My service went seamless. I had my vehicle in the overnight slot and I was very surprised that I was able to get it the same day considering how busy this location is. I've been a midas customer for 10 plus years and try their best to maintain me as a customer.

Eddie, JD, and Nate were all amazing during my visit. Nate allowed me to keep my car at the lot for four months until I had the funds to pay. Nate and JD were empathetic to my situation and were able to get me the services I needed at a great price. Eddie, the mechanic, dumbed down what needed to be done and why in the most respectful way I have ever experienced. I communicated with Nate for the most part, and it seemed like he actually cared about me. I have been through ten plus cars in my life and have grown apprehensive of mechanics and repair shops in general. My experience with Nate, JD and Eddie has helped to ease those nerves. The car is not perfect. The check engine light is on and I still need front/rear brakes and rotors. I will be going back to this location for those repairs when I am able to do them. I would recommend this Midas to anyone with frequent car trouble that knows the minimum about cars. I look forward to doing business here again in the future.

Nate was incredibly helpful. Changed the filters today, plus gave me a clear explanation of the other work my vehicle needs: New tires and brakes. I already scheduled my appointment to get these done next week. This is my new place to service my Infiniti Q50!
