The battery I ordered was waiting and the technician began replacing the old one soon after I arrived. The old connectors were too corroded to be salvaged, so new replacements were ordered and was able to leave in under two hours. These guys appear to understand that prompt service means repeat business.

I have been taking both of my older vehicles to the Midas shop in Rochester for the past 3 or 4 years. Todd is the Manager and he has always been excellent to work with. Their work has always been competent. Their quotes are always complete and fair. T

Corey was amazing. He was able to schedule my appointment for me with short notice and was able to get my car fixed up. I've already recommended them to multiple friends/family members primarily because of him. I'll be coming back to this shop specifically as long as he is there!

Service completed in a timely manner while I waited. Waiting area has comfortable chairs. TV/noise is not obtrusive. Staff was polite and professional.

I am the purchasing agent at our company. When I was tasked with purchasing 4 new tires for our work truck I called around to get quotes. I found Midas in Rochester had the exact tires for a few hundred dollars less than the big named store that we usually go to. They were knowledgeable and friendly and had the job completed in about an hour. I would highly recommend this place to both family and friends. This will be my new shop for work and home.
