Upon arriving I was promptly greeted. The young man who greeted me was very friendly and courteous. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Finally I have found a shop to be honest with me. Thought I needed new tires. Bret the manager said I could probably wait till spring of 2017. I told him I would be back in March. Thank you so much. Have a great holiday season and a happy new year!!

The manager at the Englewood Ohio location was extremely courteous, did not hesitate to tell me any news whether it was bad or good , straight to the point , nothing hidden and no beating around the bush. I brought my truck in 2001 Toyota tundra for four wheel alignment after I had already brought it to another chain mechanic and they did me wrong. All the mechanics at the Englewood Ohio location that were on duty took the time to work on the vehicle together as a team which was very pleasing and satisfying. Thank you again

Thought I was doomed! Manager was honest and I only needed 1 tire but I wanted both. Noise was just the left tie rod end and I got a free alignment. Found my families repair shop. Thanks guys
