"They were speedy and did a great job with my oil change, they did rotate my tires without asking me which I?m pretty sure they are suppose to ask if you want it done or not. Otherwise great experience most likely will be going back for the next oil change!"

Alignment, tire rotation, and brake inspection were done well. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my alignment.I'll be back soon for a rotor swap and pad replacements.There could be some better polish in communication between the office and the shop. I noticed the ball was dropped on communicating my desire for the brake inspection and tire rotation to the service tech. That added confusion to the service tech. I prefer my techs to feel more competent and cared for by the office.

I recently had a misunderstanding with billing at this Midas but they were quick to fix the issue and were very courteous about it.

Very straight foreward as handed them the keys and they took it from there and fixed all issues i had with steering and turning and did a very clean job

The oil change was preformed in a timely manner. but the air pressure in the tires was not checked until i pointed it out.Also the tire rotation was not preformed as requested i needed to return the next day for that.

I watched my ex-husband work in shops for 20 years and never came across a shop this nice. The staff, quickness of service, and waiting area were great.

The quality of the staff's attitudes and service were both below reasonable expectation. This service took place right as COVID-19 began to impact the United States. I'm going to reserve judgement and return again in the weeks to come for some scheduled maintenance beyond an oil change. I want to give them a chance to redeem themselves before taking my car to another shop. Continuity of service and documents are both important to me, and to the story of this little car.Note: Tires not rotated.

I booked my appointment for an oil change, but then my check engine light went on a few days before the appointment. Even though the place was busy, I was able to get my oil change and diagnostic for the check engine light on my car done in about an hour and a half. I appreciated the updated communication as the mechanics discovered what was going on with my car and the staff's speedy help in getting the part I needed for my car.

I needed the job done on short notice before taking a trip, I was able to get in the next morning. The truck rides great now!
