Had new shock put on a 2003 Honda accord with less than 50,000 miles. Kept the original spring around the shocks. Wow what a big improvement in ride and of course stability. Thanks Midas Norman. Manager was great as well

I came in cause I had an alternator breakdown on the highway. So my truck was on a tow truck. The service writer and mechanic came right out to help and really made me feel like they cared. They fixed my problem and I drove home in the afternoon. Very impressed. I will return when needed!

Joe was very helpful and accommodating. He got my car in and out very quickly. He was also very friendly and explained what issues were discovered very well and looked up the cost for any parts I needed and compared prices.

This is the only location that I will take my cars too. The Manager and his team are awesome. They never try to up sale you and will work with you. They are always friendly and the facility is always nice and clean. Great atmosphere!!

You could say I was screwed on a vehicle I purchased. Tyler and Joe have been more than helpful, extremely patient and incredibly knowledgeable every time I've been in. Always going above and beyond. My appreciation has no end.

I called mid morning on a Friday and asked if they could fit me in. They said they could, took my name, but wasn’t able to drop off till over an hour later (toddler). Dropped my vehicle off, pricing explained, made sure they had my number, and before my errands were completed they called and said it was done but wanted to check my breaks. I said sure and within an hour they called back and said they were okay and my car was ready. Easy peasy.
