I've never used Midas before but I will return when I need anymore work. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. And would happily recommend the company from now on

I have been in Norman for 38 years and Midas had always taken care of me in an excellent way. I bought a new car and with that new car I was given two years of service, but I’m back to Midas now. The costs have gone up so high that it’s almost cost and prohibitive. I hate it but I will be looking around for a better pricing.

I had a quote from March, and even in mid-May they honored the price and that was unexpected and really appreciated! And they complimented me on my car health so that felt great!

Everybody I met at the shop was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient (Steve, Saradon, Tony, and Gregory, to name just a few). Steve kept me up to date while Gregory replaced the muffler. Because the weather was extremely hot, Saradon gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car and picked me up when it was ready the next day. I couldn't ask for better service or nicer people! The employees working were very nice and easy to talk too, didn’t treat me as anything other than someone who needed help, and I appreciated the energy and niceness that came with it. Even though I was visiting out of town, I would definitely come back if I find myself in Oklahoma again

Nick and Joe were AMAZING! I called several times throughout the process of trying to coordinate my insurance along with the repairs on my vehicle and Nick and Joe were both very patient and understanding. They helped me tremendously by working with my insurance to get my car fixed! Great guys!!

Came here for oil change had a girl help me which I had never seen before she was amazingly nice and she was able to provide fast service and was very respectful. I was also able to get my car to stop squeaking which is something nobody else could provide

So I have a Midas card and instead of them charging me $25 for fixing the tire which had a nail in it , they explained that as a perk of having the card I wouldn’t be charged. Awesome job!
