Midas

When my truck was on the lift it took a good hour to change the oil. Had to wait inside for a while as well. No excuse. I don't know if I'll be back. Everyone was running around acting like they were busy or something.

Checked other possible problems before completing A/C service.

Boss is a **** head ashole fool I do everything at this place I had flat wanted an oil change but because he only heard about the flat he said its not working is it because I turned down your old ***

Did not have appointment. My catalytic converter was cut off my truck. They got me in quickly and put a new one on. After a month my check engine light came on and the dealership said the converter was bad. Took it back to Midas where they warranted it even though their supplier would not. They were looking out for the customer and wil reccomend them to any one

I just left the Norman location in Oklahoma off lindsey street. And I feel like I have been taken advantage of at this shop...I walked in and asked how much it would be to change out my low beam lights. The receptionist asked the guy behind her and he said

Worst service I have ever had. Will never go here again. And I will tell all friends and family this place sucks.

The crew working on Saturday in Norman were awesome. Great group of guys. I was not prepared for the extent of service my vehicle required. They worked with me and I will return.

"Was told it would be an hour for a simple oil change, an hour and ten minutes later our car had not been touched and had customers put ahead of us since we left vehicle. Went up the road to 5 minute oil change place and got it done cheaper and in 10 minute"

As a single woman, I am always cautious of being taken advantage of with details of car repairs. I never have to worry about that here! I really appreciate their openness about what really needs to be done and how much it will cost

"Nice guys but deep down they are shysters. I came due to a rubbing noise in my front end. They decided it was my wheel baring and ""replaced"" that without my permission (they said they were going to call). They charged me $300 something for a wheel baring"

Brought my vehicle in without appointment one afternoon due to catalytic converters being cut off. Vehicle was ready the next afternoon.

the service I have always received when I go there to have my car taken care of. I have been a customer since 2019. Steve always took care of me and let me know how much he and the service people and the company appreciate my choosing Midas to take care of my car. I know Steve is now retired I will miss him and it will not be the same any more. I look forward to meet the new manger and hope the service will not change

It’s amazing that Midas can give me an alternative to getting something repaired. I had the vehicle at a local dealership and the only answer I got was we don’t have the part. So instead of waiting for parts I took vehicle to Midas as I always do.
