GREAT People STEVE was a Prince

Joe was very accommodating in squeezing in my alternator replacement. Was quoted that it would be 3 hours before they could get started on it, but he and his team was able to get it started and finished in under 2 hours. Unlikely to return as I do not live in the area.

I was a walk in customer. I believe the associate who helped me was named Joe. He was very helpful. Called me at least twice during the day to update and explain what was going on. Explained options and prices very well. He even remembered my name as soon as I walked back in the store!

Arrived a little early for the scheduled appointment and was helped right away, and when it came time to pay for services was told about different warranty levels on the wheel alignment and how they work. Excellent customer service and did not feel pressured to make any decisions.
