The service was great. Nice friendly guys. Cold building. The tech that worked on my car was very nice and knowledgeable. Also very good looking. Wish he was single.

They were very detailed in explaining to me what I will be needing to be checked in the future.

Thanks to everyone at Midas Took me in and put performance muffler on my vehicle in a friendly and timely matter. Advisor answer phone and helping everyone is amazing and seems to keep the shop afloat without stress like you see in most service facilities.

Had a catalytic convertor partially cut off on my truck. They evaluated the issue and were able to weld it back on for me while I waited. They were quick and were able to help me when another muffler shop was not. Thanks guys!

This was my first time to ever use Midas and have to say that Waylon's professionalism is what will make me a return customer. I've asked questions about a number of things and he had the answer to every one and actually provided additional information I would need to know. Price on the full synthetic and tire rotation was unbeatable plus the courtesy inspection revealed low cold start issues on the battery and stated they had batteries but didn't force them at me like other places tend to do. Thanks again

It was easy to schedule the appointment. Ashley first told me that Midas could not put in a synthetic blend because my van is a 2016 and needed a full synthetic. My book says either so she finally agreed to sell me the blend. The tech working on my van could not get the oil plug bolt out, saying it had been rounded and so a socket would not work. For a high price, something was welded onto the bolt, had to try twice, and finally got the bolt out. Wanted $25+ for a new oil plug bolt to be delivered in about an hour. I said NO! and I walked across the street to Auto Zone and bought one for $2.99 plus tax. I am sure it will work just fine along as somebody does not ruin it to increase sales. In all my 60 plus years of driving, i have never had a ruined oil plug bolt. Other than that happening, I am satisfied.

I was very appreciative of the honesty given to me regarding services recommended. A couple filters are going to need replaced soon and the manager was honest regarding the costs for them to provide the filters and replace them. He let me know that the filters were going to be cheaper at an auto parts store. I appreciate when auto techs are honest and forthcoming with information especially since I’m a female. There are too many males at auto repair shops that will “find” and “strongly suggest” replacing parts and services. It’s nice to have someone just be upfront about costs and not treat you as though you know nothing about vehicles simply because you’re a female. My experience at Midas was very positive and I will likely return.

Very nice got me in quick shut off my light but it back the 2nd day after the visit but not important I can get that fixed later they told me what it is very helpful

Jake showed me under the car and under the hood what the problems were. Parts came quickly. He did the job very promptly and he really presented his knowledge of mechanical work. I’ve already told a friend about Jake and that I will never go to another mechanic again.

I have a 2009 Toyota Venza and I came in with quite a few issues. It took alot of accessing to get to the root of the problem and the staff was extremely kind and courteous. The kept me updated as best they could and in the end they were able to diagnose and take care of all issues that arose. I would certainly recommend this location for its professionalism and attention to detail! Thanks for all your hard work!
