The oil change and tire rotation was fine but they did not top off my fluids although they stated that on the receipt they did not, my windshield wiper fluid was not replaced.

Checked in at 8am for one tire and front end alignment. Was told starting on my car right now. At 9:30am was told what was needed which was the tire and the alignment. I asked how long would that take was told another hour. Totally unacceptable

"I went online and printed a coupon for 18.99 for oil change went to Midas in Hwy 82 Greenville Ms was given a price of 27.42 the tech drained half the oil , reset my light and then Patrick came out and said I refuse to change oil for 18.99 as the coupon st"
