The employees I dealt with were so friendly, and made sure I understood everything they needed to do. The work that was done was done extremely well, I have a confidence in my vehicle now that I haven't had for a while. I definitely will recommend this Midas to my friends.

I came in and one of the managers said the main tech doing oil is out for lunch to comw back in 30 mins so i left and came back and he said it would be done next... well i waited like 3 hrs for the oil change and it was finally done other than that everyone was nice

The technicians are amazing. They know what to do to fix your issues. They do it in a timely manor even if they have to assist someone else for a few min. They communicate everything with me or the person in the office who then relays it to me. If they can not fix it or it was not what they thought it was, they would discuss with me before fixing it. They stand behind the work they do. Those in the office are friendly and very knowledgeable.
