Scheduling the appointment was easily done online and there was plenty of time slots available. Once entering Midas I was greeted and my keys were taken. Shortly after I saw the car being taken back and worked on. Everyone I dealt with was polite and overall it was a good experience.

I already love Midas, but my experience there yesterday solidified my opinion! I had a low tire, and when I called the manager Mike told me I could bring it in at my earliest convenience. I brought it in the next morning, and was quoted a price for them inspecting my tires, but the technicians didn't find any leaks and I didn't have to pay! All the employees I have interacted with at Midas have been great at keeping my Subaru in good shape within my budget. All the employees are also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and that is why I trust Midas with my car.

had been dealing with my exhaust issue with firestone for several months,had just visited them again about the same issue scheduled my visit many days out got there still unable to fix it, with no estimation on when they would be able to. called you guys went in, they did a temporary fix, ordered the parts had me totally fixed inside a week. bringing it in for my last appointment i thought it would take a couple hours...it took 20 minutes. Mike Bolton is a solid guy, ive been going to firestone for over 20 years, i will be using midas from today on. thank you

repaired radirator and hoses started to leak and we had to replace all of the hoses

Scheduled my service by phone. Spoke with Bill who was able to schedule any day or time I wanted. Though I had to wait for my car to be pulled in the service bay, it was serviced quickly once they began. Facility is clean, with free Wi-Fi, coffee and bottled water. I’ve used this Midas for years. Highly recommend.
