I have been using the Midas location in Ft. Smith, Arkansas for service on all of my family’s vehicles for ten years. Over the decade this includes 2 Mercedes, 2 Mustangs, a BMW, and Honda. The service has always been fantastic and I will always go there.

"Van overheating - went straight to Midas, calling on the way.Was told shop full, but would try to help 3 hours, but worth time, as after predicting proble with water pump, or o-ring seal, replaced hose clamp and sent me on my HAPPY way ! Thanks to all F"

Overall I am completely satisfied. Next time, I will make arrangements to leave and come back for my vehicle if it takes 2 hours to complete the work.

I have been regularly taking my vehicle to this Midas for a few years now, and I absolutely love it! All of the employees take great care of my vehicle as well as keeping me informed, and they have earned my loyalty. The prices are good, but the employees do an awesome job.
