Hospitality, knowledge, explanations of products and services recommended. Too many auto shops are short on personal skills and long on get it done and get it out of here. Today's consumer wants to know and understand what is being done. If the consumer leaves with any sense of concern or trust issues, forget about the repeat business. There are simply too many other places left to try for a different service experience. As for me personally, this is about the 3rd Midas shop I have done business with. The store mgr introduced himself and his asst mgr to me. They both seemed to be on top of their game and knowledgeable about their business. In the future, I will continue to bring my business to THIS location for those reasons. Thank YOU!

Everyone on the team at this location has been kind and helpful every time I?ve brought in a vehicle. Appointment times are honored and work is done quickly. They make recommendations but never pressure the customer. We bring all of our cars here.

I have always recommended this Midas to others because I have had experienced nothing but success at this location. The other reason for choosing this location is that they do not engage in suggesting more repairs and services than are actually necessary.

My 2004 Corolla had an oil leak. It was the oil pan gasket. All the parts were in stock. I had to wait for my car so it was nice that it only took 3 hours. The service was great, as always. The front desk employee, Brad, was professional, friendly and courteous.
