On time and Excellent Service

We have been served by this Midas for 3 years now and we love all the moments there. They are very professional!

I?ve always taken my car back to the dealership for routine maintenance and any service or repairs that needed to be done. I?ve overlooked the ever increasing prices but the rudeness of everyone from the service writer to the service techs is just too much

I walked in to this location to use a coupon I received in the mail. I was promptly greeted by a friendly man named Bart. We discussed what I wanted done and he advised me of the amount of time it would take to complete. I waited in the lobby and he regularly checked in with me regarding my vehicle. The check out was quick and Bart was a delight to work with.

New store manager Matt was professional and completed the work in the time frame committed to. Significant improvement to previous store managers. Would definitely return to address other car issues as need arises

Mr. Bart Richter was very informative, friendly and extremely courteous, he allowed time for inspections of other components, read an OBD II code and advised me on additional products / services I might consider. He seemed to know quite a bit about the Midas service and welcomed my comments / concerns as the work was being done.

He was so helpful. This is at the Longmont Colorado store. They are always so accommodating.

I called with headlight out, which I wasn't able to easily replace myself. Bart had me scheduled the same afternoon. I brought the car in, ran some errands while he was working on it, then got a text when he was done. The price was totally reasonable for the job done. Happy customer.
