Great service. Nice people. Good value.This is my first time using the shop and it will not be my last.

I originally scheduled an appointment at another location but when I arrived at that location they proceeded to tell me they did not have the product I needed and “offered” a higher cost option. I was leaving out of town for my sons funeral that day so I was highly upset that they did not call me to see if I would be ok with the change and that they were out of what my vehicle needed since my appt was made at least three days prior. I called this location told the gentleman what I needed and asked if he could get me in even though I didn’t have an appt and he told me to come on in and he would get me serviced. I arrived my car was taken back immediately everyone was extremely friendly and overall experience was great!

Top notch service, I highly suggest Midas to anyone needing brake service,transmission service or car service in general. There customer service is great.

As always, this Midas is extremely professional. They give you updates and don’t charge for anything without explaining the issue and getting your approval.

Excellent and professional service

I have been a customer at this Midas location for four or five years (might be longer). They recognize me as a regular customer and they seem to value that I am regular. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I asked the service staff to install an air filter that they had given me as part of a promotion last visit and they installed it with enthusiasm, a smile and for NO CHARGE! As long as I live in N. Dallas, I will take my business to this location. Was an efficient, effective and pleasant visit.

Good service

I was highly satisfied because of the coupon offer for the oil change and the tire rotation offer. I didn’t won’t it right now because i needed two new front tires but i will come back next time when i have the money for it.
