I scheduled an oil change using the online system. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told that they don't take online reservations and didn't have time to try and get me in. This location needs to be removed from the list of location for the purpose o

The customer service was excellent. Very informative and knowledgeable. Took less time than expected. I’ll use this Midas shop in the future.

"We had to have the brake master cylinder replaced. Once the work Gart informed me that it would be safe to travel down the mountains back to Denver and that when it came time to replace the rear brakes, the calipers most likely would need to be replaced. "

Manager was outstanding; has lots of mechanical background; had nice chat about my car and options for future work; was surprised that this Midas [Grand Junction CO] can do quite advanced work. Friendly, processed my coupon and got me discount, etc. Very pleased.

"I hoped that the sign stating ?new management? would indicate better service, I was wrong. Same surliness in same unpleasant man. I will not make this mistake again. Saving $5-$10 is not worth the surly attitude as well as substandard work."

Mike was an exceptional person to work with. He is extremely professional and communicates well with customers. I will be making this Midas, my shop, for all my vehicles.

Mike and the crew are all amazing and did a fantastic job as always. They work hard and fast and all deserve raises in my opinion.

My buddy has had his truck in this shop 4 times now and today the guy that has worked on this truck cant own up to them entering the wrong parts into their system saying they had been replaced and really they had not.. Couldnt find the right information on
