I came in with an oil change coupon. Planned on using the semisynthetic oil, but was informed by the sales associate that he can only use the more expensive synthetic oil per manufacturer specs. A disclaimer on this should be on the flyer that brought me in for the oil change. I explained to the manager that I'm done with using the semisynthetic oil but he refused and said he will not change the oil unless he uses the more expensive synthetic. Not sure of the actual policy but if it is a policy, it should be disclosed on the advertised flyer so the client knows what to expect.

Since i went to midas the frst time i have been very satisfied with the service and that's why i keep going back.

Came in for an oil change, but it was my daughter's bday. He told me to come in and see if I could beat another car there. Came in and he had me in and out within an hour. Told me everything they recommended for next services and told me to enjoy the holiday season.

I had a need to exchange a bad/loud muffler good quiet one and add a pipe to the back. Job complete 💯. I also decided to add shock absorbers. They did an excellent job too. The two jobs were completed. I appreciate the work.
