Very smooth process. Thank You!

My car had developed a shimmy in the front end and I was scared to drive it in traffic or on the interstate. I went in on a busy Sat. afternoon and asked if they could look at the car to see if it was safe and I would bring it back on Monday for repairs. They worked my car in, went over it completely and gave me a clean bill of health to leave for California. At no charge. I am 79 and accustomed to long drives but I was spooked about the sudden symptoms. All the guys treated me respect and were caring about my safety. What a great experience!

I had scheduled appointments at other Midas on line. When I arived to these appointments I was told that they did not get the appointment on line and could not get me in for my oil change. I had shown them that I got the email that said I had an appointmen

Called shop about tire repair and they said they could do it same day. I dropped car off and went for coffee and it was ready in an hour on a Saturday afternoon.

Called and got an appointment for the next morning. The guy on the phone was courteous and helpful. It was my first time at this location and the attendants helped me out by telling me where to park in the future so my car was in a safer location. The guy at the front desk even suggested a breakfast place when I asked if there was one near. Very satisfied with my oil change and I was in and out within an hour.

Great service as usual. Been doing business with the same shop about 15 years now.

They were able to diagnose my problem in a timely manner and kept in contact when another part needed to be replaced. Vehicle was ready before end of business.

Andrew did an amazing job explaining everything I needed to get done and answered all my questions. He made sure I understood what everything meant on my report and took the time to look into the estimates of cost for each item. He was friendly and did not come off pushy or trying to up sale.
