Although busy the employees at Midas Auto Center were able to get my car in for inspection I less time then originally anticipated and the staff were very clear, concise and friendly.

Very easy to communicate with/ their staff is very upfront and explain pricing - no surprises with charges. Also so friendly - very good mechanics/ they seem very thorough. First of all, scheduling an appointment was very fast and easy. I was able to get my car in right away without any problem and the guys at the counter were super friendly and very helpful and very nice. Great bunch of guys there. They were very thorough in, expecting my car before figuring out diagnosis. They were great at communicating with me when it was time while giving me my best options. I’m very impressed and happy with my service. The brakes feel great now when driving.

They got my car in right away and kept me up to date with any recommendations they had. They didn't force me to buy extra things. The customer service was excellent! I will definitely be returning there!

Everything was explained to me before and after the appointment. The pricing was as expected with no surprises at pickup which was a welcome surprise. They let me know what all else could use attention on my car, pricing was all laid out but there was no pressure to schedule an additional appointment. I will certainly be back.
