The manager Dwayne was very professional .they got my car in took care of me in a fast and timely manner as always.

I have used this Midas location for 20 years. Managers make all the difference is customer satisfaction. The current manager, Michelle, is great, like so many others in the past. (There have been some who, frankly, were terrible.)

Got an appointment the same day for an oil change and used the online coupon to pay significantly less than other spots around town. They didn?t try to upsell me or convince me to do anything I didn?t need. 12 pt inspection is the cherry on top. Thanks guy

I've been working with Midas for 25 years. The location I currently use is near my home. This particular visit involved my sister's car. She called me and said her car wouldn't start. It was around 10AM when I suggested Midas. We called Michele and she asked how soon could we get there! What a great response. No appointment needed. Experienced great management as well as service. I came in with no appointment and about an hour before they closed. The customer service was very friendly he almost immediately went and looked at my car and said that we can do it we needed to order the parts right now or within the next 30 minutes so they could be delivered and then everything went smoothly from there. So I am highly satisfied with the service as well as it could have cost a lot more and he gave me a great discount. With that and the fact that I came in last minute with no appointment and had my frozen up brake calipers replaced and brakes fixed I am extremely happy and will not go to anyone else in the future.
