Upon calling I spoke with Sabrina and she was very kind and knowledgeable. Took my information and gave me a call back quickly with a pricing quote. Got me scheduled for a drop off inspection the next evening, quickly diagnosed the problem and called me shortly after that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Amazing service all around, it was my first time at Midas and I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly place and the staff was on top of things there, they took their time on the inspection that was needed for my car to pass. The place was very clean, and did not smell of anything bad like oil and grease.

Cole was very sweet and very helpful even though they were completely busy he still took the time to help me and I appreciate that very much they did a great job on my car!!

I went into Midas today for an oil change and had the best experience ever. The girl behind the desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The guy who changed my oil did amazing job as well. I would highly recommend anybody to go get their oil changed at Midas independence, Missouri.

2 weeks ago I went there to have them check my muffler for the noise and they took a look and told me I needed a new exhaust pipe connected in between my muffler. They explained the process and how much it would cost me and how long it would take to fix. I agreed and they ordered the park and a week later, but mechanic was sick so they did the work on my car the following week, last Saturday and they had all the parts they needed to fix my car and the man who does that was there and everything went nice and smooth. He put the new exhaust pipe on my car and the price they quoted was the same and I paid them and I was off on my way to other things for last Saturday! I had a good experience and they did a good job!
