Took car in earlier than appointment and was greeted by friendly associates who took keys with no problem and when I got back from making errands car was ready

Midas on Noland Rd is my go to for an oil change they always do a great job!

Upon calling I spoke with Sabrina and she was very kind and knowledgeable. Took my information and gave me a call back quickly with a pricing quote. Got me scheduled for a drop off inspection the next evening, quickly diagnosed the problem and called me shortly after that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Amazing service all around, it was my first time at Midas and I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly place and the staff was on top of things there, they took their time on the inspection that was needed for my car to pass. The place was very clean, and did not smell of anything bad like oil and grease.

I went into Midas today for an oil change and had the best experience ever. The girl behind the desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The guy who changed my oil did amazing job as well. I would highly recommend anybody to go get their oil changed at Midas independence, Missouri.
