We recently had brake service done on our vehicle at this Midas location. Although we recently had the entire brake system serviced by the local dealer…..after only 4300 miles later, the dealer was telling us the brakes now needed additional work done. This was not only frustrating, but also very confusing that the brakes would need more repair after so few miles. So we decided to get a second opinion and brought it to Midas. We were very happy with the inspection, explanations, recommendations, and service they provided to correct our brake issues. Since we dropped the vehicle off, when they tried to call me to discuss the results of the inspection, they could not reach me because had I typed in a wrong phone number on the Appointment Request. So instead of waiting for me to contact them later in the day…..2 of the employees (Jay Croft and Brian Burgess) decided the best thing to do was to have Brian drive to our house to see if they could find us at home, and handle things in person. Now that is excellent Customer Service, that goes well beyond the call of duty. We are grateful to Jay and Brian, that they took the initiative to drive to our house to resolve the issue!!

The issue was fixed in no time and the price was very reasonable.
