I asked to have my brake pads replaced. They checked my rotors and found out that my front end needed to be replaced badly. They took a while on my brakes, which I appreciate. If they'd been fast I would be nervous about the safeness of the brake pads/rotors. The mechanics also took a good long test drive on my car before my baby and I got in, so we knew the brakes were completely safe. When my baby got hungry during our wait, the lady at the front desk provided me with a secluded and comfortable space to feed her. It was worth every penny. I know my baby will be safe in my car, and that's whats most important to me. Also the pricing for new rotors was fantastic. They are NOT cheap usually, but this was totally reasonable.

Midas provided a quick and easy oil change with transparency and respect.

They were very nice and answered all my questions clearly without using technical terms I wouldn't understand. They even were able to get my oil change done in about 20 minutes or so when I came in after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. I would definitely recommend

Mostly the price of the oil change. Want to day fast service but likely it was slow that day. Cold weather help the slowness of service to he in/out as quickly as I was.

I just don't understand why you have to pay for brake inspection...you would get more customers if you offer them something in exchange.
