Reception area was clean. Staff was friendly. Technician was thorough.

Called and spoke to Josh and advised him that I needed Tire Pressure, 4 new tires installed, rotated and balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. I did not have a schedule and the Service Writer immediately assigned my vehicle to the techs and they got to work immediately. It took approximately 1 and a half hours to install 4 new tires, TPSM monitors and a 4 wheel alignment. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. I had actually quit coming to this store a year ago due to a bad experience and decided to give them a chance again to earn my business. I must say that did a great job at earning me back as a customer. I was very impressed at the attention they paid to the customer and the vehicle. The staff did not act like you were just another customer, that all acted like you were the only customer at the store. Great job on customer service and great job on providing quality parts and service in a timely manner. Very impressed.

This location of Midas is always friendly and professional. They are a quality shop with younger and older guys that know a lot and teaching a lot. I have recommended this place to many people.

This is the first time that I use this store because they had a special on full synthetic oil changes. Overall the visit took about an hour which is what was expected and during the time the man at the counter kept me informed as to what was going on alon

my car was incomplete some parts was stolen but midas helped in anyway to installed and take care of my car like their own. they suggested protection for my car so it will not be stolen.
