I arrived at Midas at 7:55, was greeted warmly by the young man at the desk, explained that I needed a new battery, that I had a jump from a neighbor to make it to Midas. He took my keys, told me about the battery I’d receive, gave me a paper estimate, and went to put the battery in my car. I was on my way home by 8:45. Excellent service!

Sad to say I?m disappointed with the service I received. I don?t want to discourage people from trusting ?Midas? completely I strongly believe it may be this particular location. My car paint was ruined and the original issue was misdiagnosed. I will only

We use Midas on pinhook for suspension and mechanical service frequently, and the quality of work and customer service is always top notch. Chad and Dom are easily accessible for updates and turn around time for work is always satisfactory.

Knowledgeable technicians

Since I live alone and have no car knowledge, I need to deal with people I can trust to tell me the truth about services I need or don't need. I have taken my car around 5 times lately to Midas. Three of those times nothing was wrong with my car. I was told this and sent on my way with no charges. Once I needed a tire they didn't have, and was sent to another place to get that taken care of. I appreciated the help in all those situations. Everyone I have dealt with at Midas has gone out of their way to be polite and helpful. It's refreshing to be able to go somewhere and know you will be dealt with honestly and fairly.
