Chad was very informative when the technicians found that I needed to replace my front wheel bearings. He took time to explain in detail what was going on. He offered a military discount and found the best price available for the replacement parts.

I arrived at Midas at 7:55, was greeted warmly by the young man at the desk, explained that I needed a new battery, that I had a jump from a neighbor to make it to Midas. He took my keys, told me about the battery I’d receive, gave me a paper estimate, and went to put the battery in my car. I was on my way home by 8:45. Excellent service!
