Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable people, good price. Checked many things on the car other than just things related to the oil change. Tire rotation was an extra benefit!

Wonderful non pushy people

Chad is highly invested in his shop. Straight shooter and honest. Prefers phone appointments (by website might take more than a day to confirm). I’ve found the wait time to be relatively fast, negligible. Possible delay if a part needs to be ordered, but not inordinate. Pricing is competitive.

Very military friendly. Always takes good care of their customers.

I LOVE this place!!! Hands down, the absolute BEST auto shop around. The customer service is top notch. Everyone is so friendly and genuine. I have never met a more honest mechanic in my life! They tell you what all is wrong, what can wait and what should be repaired at the time. Prices are excellent. I highly recommend Midas#5205 on Pinhook. Treated like family from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. The hospitality, cleanliness and trustworthiness are what sets them apart.

As a woman who knows little about cars, I appreciate the honesty of Chad and his employees every time I have visited Midas on Pinhook. I have always been dealt with honestly at Midas and prices have always been fair and reasonable. Midas is my go-to place and I tell all my friends, especially women to try Midas. You will never be talked down to, but treated fairly and kindly. I can say nothing but good things about Chad and his team at Midas.

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. When I picked it up I asked specifically if my tire pressure had be checked and was told yes and all tires were at 34 psi. They were reading low before I brought it in and when I left in it-It was still reading low--My tires were not checked at all. This makes me question if the other service was done correctly.
