Service is always Top Notch at the Pinhook location. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. This is my Go To location for all of my car care needs. The most Honest and Reputable mechanic shop that I have ever been to. Highly recommended!

Chad is highly invested in his shop. Straight shooter and honest. Prefers phone appointments (by website might take more than a day to confirm). I’ve found the wait time to be relatively fast, negligible. Possible delay if a part needs to be ordered, but not inordinate. Pricing is competitive.
