I called to inquire about price of a radiator flush and did not have a scheduled appointment. I was advised to come before 3pm and might have to wait a while but they would be able to get to me. I waited less than 45 minutes and the job was done. I also received the discount of $20. I’ve been at this location (Market Plaza) Katy before and received great service.

Service was great. Time quotednon the phone until service was not accurate (quoted over an hour, when I showed up it was much quicker which was great but questioned why I was quoted such a longer estimate).
