they were clear about what was going to happen, it happened, and the price was as quoted. Also, unlike the dealers, MIDAS doesn't tell you every little issue is a catastrophe.

Dropped off 12/18. The two associates working Monday and Tuesday handled the garage and phones alone short handed. Found my problem, discussed options 12/19. Found parts overcoming problems with vendors. Finished EOD. Picked up EOD. Misfire and call to report EOD. Associates pick up the phone and send help. Immediately check car, run diagnostics, give me a ride home, and take my car back to the garage. Fix my car and call to let me know. They went the extra mile.
