Midas

I switched to Midas awhile back and have been very pleased. Mike always tries to work me in since I never know when I will be called out.

The ease of making an appointment on short notice. There was only a 10 minute wait to get my van in for service. Van was checked for other problems.

I was also shown areas of situations that should be monitored.

Everything was explained, employees were very friendly, service was done as quickly as they could, considering whoever delivers the parts needed delivered the wrong ones and they had to get a second parts delivery

Had a wait time. But it never bothered the stuff. Willing to take you to store Willing waiting. Friendly clean restroom. Very pet friendly.

As usual they performed excellently and professionally.

Cheyenne was totally awesome! She went out of her way to help, very friendly and knowledgeable. So, was another employee but I didn’t catch his name

I was very impressed the the service given my was not even expecting to be able to get in right then. I have a lot of miles on my brakes and was sure it was time for a change but the service tech notified the manager and the manager showed me that my brake

I use Midas for all my vehicle maintenance. I have never had an issue and they have always gotten me in by my appointment time.

Easy to schedule same day service, they installed a fuel sensor that I provided. Communicated the process and checked all fluid levels. Trevor was very considerate and helpful.
