Midas

I switched to Midas awhile back and have been very pleased. Mike always tries to work me in since I never know when I will be called out.

Even though I didn't receive the news I wanted on my coolant leak, the service writer was upfront and honest about everything needing done in order to replace the water pump on my vehicle. I do a lot of my own repairs and at times I just don't have the time to run my own diagnostics and to be able to bring my vehicles to a shop and know I can trust them to diagnose and repair as needed without extra unnecessary steps/parts speaks volumes about the integrity of the business.

I was also shown areas of situations that should be monitored.

The manager was friendly and considerate in my hour of panic .

I was very impressed the the service given my was not even expecting to be able to get in right then. I have a lot of miles on my brakes and was sure it was time for a change but the service tech notified the manager and the manager showed me that my brake

Appointment was easy to arrange. Appointment was on time. Done quickly. Suggested service problems were explained. All in All a good experience, and good value
