From the initial call to make an appointment to the pickup of my vehicle the manager was very helpful and polite. He answered all my concerns and questions. Their attention to details was spot on. I would highly recommend this Hutchinson location

The quickness and the suggestions to fix, instead of over selling the recommendations and making it seem it had to happen soon, no pressuring to get stuff fixed.

Brian scheduled my appointment, and he was personable. He remembered a statement I made on the phone as I paid for my vehicle. They were willing to change my lights when I asked if they could. He let me know the bulbs had burned out. I am grateful for their service, and I will definitely use Midas in the future!

I was highly satisfied with my visit because they did not take advantage of a woman by herself. They were very kind and didn't talk down to me. They checked exactly what I asked them to check and didn't try to add on all kinds of things. I appreciate their kindness, efficiency, and ability.

Yes Midas. My vehicle like it was their own vehicle service was excellent and also had a little better ask for something done to the vehicle while it was in the shop.

They always tell me what they are going to do to my car and if they run into a problem they let me know before going ahead. Everyone helps a Woman understand about cars... a mans world. I know not always true but most of the time.... Have never had a problem with my car after they have taken care of it.

Going to Midas has always been my best decision. They let you know what?s going on and communicate with you to ensure you are getting the best service possible. Highly recommended!

Even though I didn't receive the news I wanted on my coolant leak, the service writer was upfront and honest about everything needing done in order to replace the water pump on my vehicle. I do a lot of my own repairs and at times I just don't have the time to run my own diagnostics and to be able to bring my vehicles to a shop and know I can trust them to diagnose and repair as needed without extra unnecessary steps/parts speaks volumes about the integrity of the business.
