Good quality service at reasonable price. Work completed on time.

Had my car towed in with alternator problems. Promised work complete in 5 hours. Delivered as promised. Diagnosed and discussed a/c problem but not pressured to repair. Shop remained open 90 mins after close on Saturday to finish other customers' repairs

Brought car in for oil service. Did not have an appointment. Had coupon sent to me. Was told it would be an hour but service was completed in about 40 minutes. Have used this dealership several times. Showroom needs an update, looks a little tired. Will continue to use them because they are convenient and I like the discount coupon that are sent.

I was happy that I could bring my car to minus to get a tune up. Very satisfied that they use the Bosch brand spark plugs I would use if I did the job myself.

The techs were pleasant and professional. My experience was a great one.

From the moment I arrived, I was given excellent customer service! Fletcher was the name of the young man who was handling all intakes. He was professional, informative, courteous, positive, and really let the customers know he was going to take care of them. I appreciated all the updates. As well, the team of experts worked so efficiently! When I arrived, they were so busy. The team took care of all the customer, including myself, within the hour! That kind of service is hard to find these days! All associates were upbeat, positive, and you could tell they took pride in their work. Such a breath of fresh air! Five stars!

Amazingly enough, there were no other customers when I stopped by about 8:30 am on a Saturday so I was in and out in about half an hour.
