EVERY. SINGLE. STEP of the way, the process was communicated with me! It was explained to me how my diagnostic would be handled along with the exclusion of the Midas warranty on services due to their not being able to reach the same diagnosis. Their willingness to ask the questions of exact location of problem areas. The turn around time was amazing. And the fact that they were able to work with my schedule and get my vehicle running again was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic and service shop experience!

My car was brought in and handled immediately. I know that won't always happen but it also did with a lady behind me. I usually use a place much closer to my house, but my tire was having issues right then and needed to be fixed. I also got my 41,000 tune up thingie done.

I came in for an oil change and the technician Roberto performed the services. He was very polite and knowledgeable as to what recommended scheduled maintenance was due on my vehicle. Would highly recommend anyone who goes to that location to have him work in their vehicle at all times.
