Manager was very nice. Explained what needed to be done to my car.

I have been to Midas multiple times and this last time they let me know I needed a new air filter and something else. The reason I was okay with getting things fixed is because I’ve been to this location plenty of other times and they never said I needed anything else fixed other than what I went for. So, I feel like they are sincere and aren’t taking you for your money like different companies do like Jiffy Lube. I appreciate the employees as well as the location being close to where I live.

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job of doing maintenance on my car, granted the prices are a lil much but with the service and customer service they truly welcome customers with a smile. I recommend them to the fullest

Almost a week ago I got a flat. I had a spare put on, bought a new tire and gave Midas a call once my new tire was mailed. It was about 3:40 when I called and they offered to get me in as soon as 5 that evening or in the morning the next day! I decided to go that evening and I was only there about 35 minutes. Great service with kind employees!

Local dealership was trying to say I had an oil leak when I took it in for brake service. I had my suspicions that it was a manufactured issue. I took my vehicle out of this dealership, brought it to Josh at the Seneca Street Midas and he not only replaced my rotors and pads at a less expensive price but also dismissed the allegation that I needed an oil pan gasket replacement. All in all he saved me around $1,800.
