Big O Tires

Big O in Jackson, WY has great customer service. I was waiting outside in my car well before hours of operation, an employee came out and got my car started. Very friendly environment. The staff was able to thoroughly explain things so I could understand what needed to be done and why.

Traveling through the area stopped and got a flat on my car dolly told me about an hour to an hour and 45 minutes had it fixed in about a half an hour very satisfied

Was shopping at target and was done earlier than I thought and called to see if my tire rotate could be quicker and was told come his way and he would pull some strings by the time I checked out and walked 300 yards my Tahoe was done and we talked about my next visit. My wife and I were traveling in our RV and a little car slammed on his breaks in a 50 mph zone. I had to break hard and made flat spots on my front tires. We live in small town Colorado and needed tires fast. We drove to Jackson and talked with Salomon Flores in need of tires. Not only did he find the tires we needed but he moved the schedule around so we could be on the road quickly. One and a half hour later we were on the road heading home. Salomon made our day and our travel home safe and relaxed. Thanks to all.
